NurseTRUST E³ Fellowship Program Application Instructions and Link to Apply - Due October 17, 2023

Thank you for your interest in the NurseTRUST Emerging Leaders Program. The program is designed for nurses in all settings and sectors, such as academia, practice, public health, community, policy, and research, that are new to leadership roles and/or those adjusting to leadership roles in a new setting or context.

Before you start the application there are a few things we want to bring to your attention.

You will be prompted to create an account with NurseTRUST before starting the application. Please use the email you would prefer to be used when following up about the application.
The application requires you to upload your CV or Resume and Sponsor Letter of Support, please have both documents ready to be uploaded.
We estimate the full application will take about 30-45 minutes to complete, please plan to start and complete the application in one session.
The questions on the application are intended to help you explore your current leadership capabilities, your hopes for the future, and how this Fellowship might advance your leadership journey. Your answers to each question should be approximately 250 words.
An introductory program fee of $5,000 is due upon acceptance

Program Timeline:
October 17, 2023: Applications Due

November 10, 2023: Selected semi-final applicants will be notified and invited to schedule a virtual interview with members of the Program Review Committee.

December 1-15, 2023: Virtual interviews will be conducted with semi-finalists.

January 10, 2024: Finalists will be notified.

March 2024: Planning & Pre-Work Begins with personal reflection, welcome and connecting with your cohorts, meeting your mentor and identifying your leadership challenge.

April 7-9: The NurseTRUST Emerging Leaders Program will begin just prior to the April 2024 NurseTRUST Summit in Lost Pines, TX near Austin. Attendance at the Summit is required.

September 2024: Program completion
