NurseTRUST Summit 2025: A Transformative Experience The 2025 NurseTRUST Summit in Charlotte, NC, was an inspiring gathering of nurse leaders dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare. Over three impactful days, attendees engaged in thought-provoking discussions, innovative workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities. From dynamic keynote speakers to collaborative problem-solving, the Summit fostered fresh perspectives and lasting connections. Summit attendees had the unique opportunity to view the SHIFT film “Everybody’s Work: Healing What Hurts Us All" which examines the hidden disease plaguing healthcare in the United States: structural racism. Through the lens of fearless nurses, this documentary not only exposes the biases that result in worse healthcare outcomes for people of color, but it captures the painful impact they have — both on patients and nurses.
Thank you to our speakers, sponsors, and attendees for making this event a success. Together, we are advancing leadership, trust, and transformation in nursing. Stay tuned for details on our next Summit (April 12-14, 2026 - Phoenix, AZ) —we can’t wait to continue the journey with you!
