Open Position:

Director-at-Large (multiple positions):

• Two-year term
• Serve as representative and advocate for NurseTRUST and its membership.
• Provides leadership for the organization to ensure the mission and vision are supported and organization goals are achieved.
• Approve the time and place for the Annual Business Meetings.
• Exercise fiduciary responsibilities including adopting a budget, approving major expenses. organizational policy and other items brought forward by the Executive Committee and Committee Chairs
• Recommend changes to the Bylaws, as needed.
• Participate in monthly Board meetings and two in-person meetings one held in conjunction with the Summit).
• Makes a financial contribution of $1,000 by June 30 of each Board term year.
• Recruits new members, sponsors, and fellows.
• Participates /chairs committees, serves as fellow mentor.
