Dr. Sowan is Professor and Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives,Thelma and Joe Crow Endowed Professor at UT Health San Antonio and Dr. Tuazon is an Adjunct Faculty at UT Health San Antonio and Board Member of NurseTRUST.
