Conference Purpose
NurseTRUST aims to engage nurses in life-changing leadership through which we can transform health and healthcare. This year we are amplifying Voices of Impact and acknowledging the dynamic role of nursing leaders as change agents, advocates, and visionaries who are shaping the future of the nursing workforce and healthcare through decisive, compelling action.  

Learning Goals for 2026
At the end of the conference, participants will be able to:

  • Describe strategies for serving as an effective change agent at local, national, and international levels.
  • Apply evidence-based leadership and advocacy skills in workplace and community-level interactions
  • Identify innovative ways to address the changing dynamics of today's nursing leadership and workforce. 

Abstract Content
We invite you to lend your voice by submitting abstracts, allowing others to learn from your expertise, creative and innovative solutions, and advocacy successes that demonstrate nursing’s powerful voice in transforming healthcare. Select from an array of topics that inform aspects of nursing leadership in academia, practice, community health, industry, and policy such as: 

  • Leading as change agents
  • Nursing representation on boards
  • Innovation in nursing practice
  • Promoting a culture of health in specific populations
  • Addressing workforce development and sustainability
  • Advancing health equity
  • Supporting wellness and resilience

Submission Fee
The fee for submitting abstracts for peer review is $50 payable upon abstract submission. These fees are non-refundable for any reason. Presenters must pay the conference registration fee by January 9, 2026 or abstract acceptance may be withdrawn.
