Theme - Nurse Leaders in Action: Discover, Inspire and Impact

Conference Purpose
NurseTRUST inspires and enables nurse leaders to grow, collaborate, and transform health, health equity and health care. NurseTRUST has been built on the foundation of the Executive Nurse Fellows Program, funded for 20 years by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Conference attendance dates are March 23-25, 2025 at the beautiful Embassy Suites in Charlotte, NC.

NurseTRUST invites abstracts that inform the discovery, inspiration and impact of nurse leaders. This broad title is meant to attract an array of topics specific to nurse leaders in action

  • Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation
  • Innovative Methods of Care Delivery and Meeting the Needs of Special Populations
  • Shifting the Paradigm in Nursing: Innovations in recruiting nursing students, nursing education, nurse staffing, and retention strategies of the nursing workforce
  • Health Equity, Culture of Health and Generational Strategies
  • Creative and Innovative Approaches to wellness, resilience, and community and capacity building in the nursing workforce
  • Self-discovery and Emotional Intelligence to build nursing leadership that contributes to positively transforming nurses and nursing communities

Submission Fee
The fee for submitting abstracts for peer review is $50 payable upon abstract submission. These fees are non-refundable for any reason. Presenters must pay the conference registration fee six weeks before the start of the conference or abstract acceptance will be withdrawn.
