Theme - The Leadership Mandate: Driving Innovation 

Conference Purpose
NurseTRUST engages nurses in life-changing leadership through which we can transform health and healthcare. NurseTRUST has been built on the foundation of the Executive Nurse Fellows Program, funded for 20 years by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The 2024 Summit will focus on driving innovation across all aspects of leadership.  Conference attendance dates are April 7,8,9, 2024 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in Austin, TX.

Be among the first to submit your abstract of your work as it addresses the themes to be selected for the first cohort of presenters at the 2024 NurseTRUST Conference in Austin Texas!

NurseTRUST invites authors to submit abstracts that inform aspects of innovation across the spectrum of health and healthcare leadership. This broad title is meant to encourage the new activity- call for abstracts for presentations/e-posters- to attract an array of topics specific to innovation in leadership approaches to areas such as:

• Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Innovative Methods for Care Delivery and Meeting the Needs of Special Populations
• Health Equity, Culture of Health and Generational Strategies
• Shifting the paradigm in Nursing: Innovations in recruiting nursing students, nursing education, nurse staffing, and retention of the nursing workforce

Submission Fee
The fee for submitting abstracts for peer review is $50 payable upon abstract submission. These fees are non-refundable for any reason. Presenters must pay the conference registration fee six weeks before the start of the conference or abstract acceptance will be withdrawn.
